ITS A....







GIRL!!!

We can't believe it. I think we are still in shock really. It feels as though this is all meant to be now, as this is the baby we weren't going to have, definitely weren't planning, and it will be our precious baby daughter!! It just feels so right that our little family will be completed with our little girl. We have her name already and are now excited about all the other items to organize as it's a whole different thing with a girl! We have to get new clothes, some nursery decoration etc.
It's all very exciting. My morph scan is in a week and a bit, so they will check on my placenta which is a bit low apparently, and will make sure bub is healthy. After that we will tell our friends the news!

18 months old

Our little boy is a year and a half! Time is flying by at the moment. So far, he hasn't been saying too much, but I think he has been trying to say a few things such as 'truck' and babbling in his own lanaguage. He also says 'Yeah' when we ask him something and its something he wants! He is understanding so much now though. We can ask him questions and he definitely knows what we are saying and what he wants/doesn't want!! if we ask him 'where's your tummy/nose/mouth/etc' he will find them and point. He is running everywhere, loves kicking balls around the house + outside, although when he is outside he seems to prefer to explore, try and dig with a little shovel, and play in water! He is fascinated with spinning around at the moment, I think he likes the dizzy feeling he gets!

Lately

This little monkey was a bit proud of himself for getting up on his chair!  We spent a morning the other week in the garden with the dogs running round, Cadell loved that and was a little bit sad that he couldn't chase after the dogs! Won't be long before he is though... Its been a funny week as Matt has been off sick all week. I find it difficult to stick to my usual schedule when he's home, so I don't feel like everything has got done. But that is ok. Matt's birthday tomorrow, not sure what we are doing for it yet, maybe go out for a later lunch (after Cadell wakes up from his nap) and not too much else as he is still not 100%.  Only 1 more week (next week) of school, and then the following week I will work 1 day and the other 2 days Cadell will stay in Daycare and I have a long long list of Spring Cleaning/Decluttering to get done. Routine for Cadell

I just created this with a template from KaylaAimee and photoshop. I am hoping it will help with keeping Cadell on a schedule in the mornings, we will see how it goes tomorrow! I added the 'unload dishwasher' job, as he always wants to help me with it whenever he can - so he wont be actually unloading the dishwasher by himself, more 'assisting' me and we can hopefully get it done together in under 20 minutes!!
